Our farmhouse rooms are just that - rooms in a recently renovated farmhouse just a few hundred feet from the New River. Enjoy views of the New River, wildlife and birds, and beautiful scenery while relaxing on your Southwestern Virginia vacation.
Farmhouse Has 3 Bedrooms:
Each room features 1 double bed, electric heat, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, & outdoor grill. Rollaway bed available if needed. Linens and towels not furnished.
Bring your own towels and sleeping bags or linens for the farmhouse rooms.
The farmhouse itself has a porch with views of the New River, a "common room" or living room, kitchen, and a common bathroom. These are shared by our guests.

Entire Farmhouse (If Available): $130.00

"Individual Room" rates are per night and are for 1 family per room. "Family" in this instance is defined as 2 adults and small children.
Entire house suitable for larger families, or small groups wanting to stay close together.
No Smoking Inside the Farmhouse, Please!
Campfires Permitted
Pets: Welcome on leash while camping, but not allowed in cabins or farmhouse. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
